The All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, has taken the three local governments already announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
The party is leading with four thousand, one hundred and twenty four votes in Dunukofia local government Area followed by the All Progressives Congress, APC which garnered one thousand, nine hundred and ninety one, followed by the peoples Democratic Party with one thousand, six hundred and eighty votes.
Dunukofia local government has seventy four thousand, eight hundred and fifty five registered voters.
APGA also took Awka South which has one hundred and seventy six thousand, eight hundred and twelve registered voters out of which APGA polled twelve thousand, eight hundred and ninety one votes followed by PDP with five thousand, four hundred and ninety eight votes and the APC polled two thousand, five hundred and ninety five votes.
At Oyi Local government Area, APGA polled six thousand, one hundred and thirty three while APC which came second polled two thousand, eight hundred and twenty and PDP followed with two thousand, four hundred and eighty four.
