.The member representing Anaocha, Njikoka and Dunukofia in the Federal House of Representatives, Honourable Dozie Nwankwo, has accused the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC of what he termed systematic rigging.
He was reacting to the failure of the BVAS machines at his ward, Enuagu Enugwu Ukwu ward one, units 003 and 004.
The ward had 1,466 registered voters respectively, but only twenty three voters had been able to vote as at 11:50am.
The House member, who had already voted, said in spite of his belief that electronic voting is the best, he is not satisfied with the happenings and charged INEC to live up to its responsibilities and give the people a free and fair election.
He hailed the massive turn out of voters who he said are discouraged because they may be disenfranchised.
